As your personal chef, Algarve Chef will source and prepare the finest produce exactly how you wish. Before cooking for you we decide on a menu plan, adapting dishes to any dietary or allergy requirements if any. Once menus have been decided, we will source all of the ingredients and wine needed.
Arrival for the evening meal shall be 3 hours prior to service so we can arrange table layouts and prepare the food. After service everything shall be returned to how it was found on arrival.
